Draft RF Decree On Approval of the State Programme of the Russian Federation “Development of Shipbuilding and Facilities for Offshore Fields, 2013 – 2030” has been published. According to the Unified Portal for Legal Information, State Programme of the Russian Federation “Development of Shipbuilding in 2013-2030” was approved by the Governmental Decree No 304 (dated April 15, 2014).
Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation is responsible for the Programme implementation.
The name of the State Programme was changed for “Development of Shipbuilding and Facilities for Offshore Fields, 2013 – 2030” by special Decrees of RF Government.
RF Ministry of Industry and Trade has developed a legal background for amending the State rogramme in compliance with RF Government Decrees No 1033-р (dated June 6, 2015) and No ДМ-П8-6407 (dated October 24, 2015) and adjusted the scope of financing in compliance with the Federal Law No 384-ФЗ (dated December 1, 2014) On Federal Budget for 2015 and planning period of 2016 and 2017 and draft Federal Law On Federal Budget for 2016 and planning period of 2017 and 2018.
