Rosmorrechflot to be defined as concedent in respect of port infrastructure facilities (document)

Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency) is to be defined as concedent in respect of port infrastructure facilities.  According to the Federal Portal for Legal Information, the draft Decree of RF Government “On Introduction of Amendments the Statute of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency” has been developed by Rf Ministry of Transport.

The draft decree is aimed at entitling Rosmorrechflot to act in the name of the Russian Federation as a concendent in concession agreements on infrastructure facilities at seaports and river ports including hydraulic engineering structures, production facilies, sea and river vessels as well as ships of mixed (sea/river) navigation, ferry links facilities, reclaimed territories, either federally owned or planned for development.

The document has been brought up for public discussion which is to last till November 4, 2015.
