In the reported period, Russian Railways loaded 263.5 mln t of coal (+2.2%, year-on-year); 9.4 mln t of coke (-4.6%); 208.1 mln t of crude and oil products (-1.7%); 90.8 mln t of iron and manganese ore (+0.3%); 59.8 mln t of ferrous metal (+0.8%); 12.9 mln t of ferrous metal scrap (-7%); 42.4 mln t of chemical and mineral fertilizers (+3.1%); 25.3 mln t of cement (-11.3%); 33 mln t of timber (+2.1%); 14.6 mln t of grain (+4.1%); 110.6 mln t of construction materials (-9.4%); 17.1 mln t of non-ferrous ore and raw sulphur (+5.2%); 20.6 mln t of chemicals and soda (-2.4%); 29.4 mln t of industrial raw materials and molding materials (-2.4%).
In the reported period, the company’s cargo turnover totaled 1,904.6 bln tarrif t-km (no changes, year-on-year). Cargo turnover including empty wagon run — 2,442.6 bln t-km (0.2%).
In October, Russian Railways loaded 107 mln t of cargo (-0.5%, year-on-year). Cargo turnover increased by 1.4% to 198.5 bln tarrif t-km. Cargo turnover including empty wagon run rose by 1.5% to 254.1 bln t-km.
