Smolny training ship of the Baltic Fleet arrived in Kronstadt after a long cruise, says press center of RF Defence Ministry. In Baltiysk, the ship replenished the supplies of water and food after the long cruise, which had been performed for practice of cadets of military naval institutions of the Russian Ministry of Defence.
In the course of the cruise, which lasted for 55 days and covered over 14 thousand nautical miles, the Smolny training ship visited the ports of Las-Palmas (Spain), Luanda (Republic of Angola), Malabo (Equatorial Guinea).
The training ship has arrived to Kronstadt in good condition; after the replenishment of supplies it will be ready for further task performance.
