Transshipment of oil products via Tuapse Commercial Seaport up 9% to 6.31 mln t in 10M’15

In January-October 2015, transshipment of oil products via Tuapse Commercial Seaport increased by 9%, year-on-year, to 6.31 mln t, the Company told IAA PortNews. According to the statement, the growth was driven by higher volumes of Rosneft products exported via the port of Tuapse.

OJSC Tuapse Commercial Seaport (TCSP) is the major operator at the port of Tuapse, one of Russia’s largest ports. TCSP is part of UCL Port, a stevedoring division of international transport group UCL Holding. UCL Port comprises OJSC Sea Port St. Petersburg, CJSC Container Terminal Saint Petersburg, Universal Handling Terminal LLC based in North-West of Russia, and Taganrog port in the South. In 2014, Tuapse Commercial Seaport handled 13.1 mln t of cargo. The Company’s staff numbers over 1,100 employees.
