Bunker prices at Far Eastern ports sink to fresh low

The average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high sulfur product IFO-180 HS dropped by $18.0 to $ 130.0 per metric ton (pmt), while MGO price hit its record low of $ 350 per tonne (- $ 28), the IAA PortNews Bunker Review shows.

The minimum indicative price of fuel oil was $ 125.0 pmt. The price of MGO was ranging between $ 340.0 and $ 400.0 pmt.
Average indicative price for MGO at the port of Vladivostok is still higher (by $70.0) than that of the Port of Singapore, making the price uncompetitive in the Far East.

The fuel oil price range in the domestic market is RUB 13,500 to RUB 14.500 pmt, for MGO – RUB 31,500 to RUB 32,000.
