JES International sells shipyard

JES International Holdings Limited had on  12 February 2016  entered  into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with  Hong Kong Victo International Limited, pursuant to which the сompany has agreed  to sell the whole of the registered capitals of Jiangsu Eastern Heavy Industry Co., Ltd and  Jiangsu New Eastern Marine Engineering Equipment  Co., Ltd and  49% of the registered capital  of  Jiangsu Nereus Shipyard  Co., Ltd.
