China Merchants Group announces new Board members

The Board of Directors of China Merchants Holdings (International) Company Limited announces that Mr. Li Jianhong and Mr. Su Xingang have resigned as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Company respectively, in order for them to focus on other matters of China Merchants Group. The Board further announces that it has resolved to appoint Mr. Li Xiaopeng and Mr. Hu Jianhua as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company respectively, and appoint Mr. Wang Zhixian as Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 18 February 2016.
