Crew of the Vladimir Monomakh, newest strategic nuclear underwater cruiser of RF Navy’s Northern Fleet, has returned to Gadzhiyevo, main base of the Northern Fleet, after performing assigned tasks in the Barents Sea, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
In particular the crew practiced maneuvering at different depths and checked operability of different complexes and systems of the submarine.
The submarine crew has successfully performed first combat training tasks under command of Captain I rank Alexander Nadezhdin.
