LLC “Marine Recruiting Agency” prepared specialists for port of Kazakhstan

On July 20, 2016 within International cooperation in the sphere of professional training LLC “Marine Recruiting Agency” (MRA) completed four programmes on professional training of citizens of Kazakhstan for work in Aktau Sea Northern Terminal in port of Aktau, says press center of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg . These students were sent by Public Utility Service “Center “Zhana Serpin” (Center, Kazakhstan). 

27 people graduated from training center of MRA, among whom 15 graduates received three certificates at once: “Mooring Master”, “Docker”, “Slingsman”. 12 people mastered the profession of tallyman.  

The process of training included theoretical and practical part. Theory was taught in classrooms of MRA, practice – in working groups, at the berths of OJSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”. Training time was one month. 

Exams were conducted by the committee which included teachers from Training center of MRA and representatives of LLP “Aktau Sea Northern Terminal” (ASNT) who will employ the graduates in accordance with their profession.  

According to the Head of Personnel Department of ASNT, Gulnar Sadyrova, MRA was chosen to to the quick handling of submitted request and due to opportunity to pass professional practice in active sea port.  

The representatives of ASNT noted high level of organization and content of educational process, professionalism of teachers and opportunity for the students to apply received knowledge in their future professional activity. 

“The cause to submit the request to MRA was good reputation of Training center of the company”, – says the Head of cargo terminal of ANST, Nikolay Eselevich. – In perspective we will be mostly interested in cooperation in the sphere of training of operators of gantry cranes,  RTG cranes and drivers of reach-stackers. 

“In my opinion project on cooperation with partners from Kazakhstan was completed successfully. Employees and teachers of MRA involved in the project used every effort. We are ready to develop further partnership with Kazakhstan in the sphere of training and provision of personnel for sea ports and terminals”, -commented the Deputy General Director of MRA, Anatoliy Reziuk. 

In 2015 Training center of MRA has already trainer group from Kazakhstan. Employees of LLP  “Continental Logistics” were trained in accordance with the programme “Driver of Reach-Stacker” for work in trade and logistic center of the customer.
