CMA CGM implements General Rate Increase fron North Europe / UK / Scandinavia / Baltic to Middle East and Red Sea (Reefer cargo)

CMA CGM has announced the following Rate Restoration:

Effective September 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
From North Europe / UK / Scandinavia / Baltic to Middle East and Red Sea

Reefer cargo
+ USD 200 per 20' Reefer
+ USD 300 per 40' Reefer
