Ocean Yield ASA is contemplating the issuance of new unsecured bonds in the Nordic bond market with maturity in September 2021, the company said in its press release.
The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used partly to refinance existing debt from Aker ASA, finance further growth and for general corporate purposes.
Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets, Pareto Securities and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB have been retained as joint lead managers of the contemplated bond issue.
