CMA CGM implements GRR from Mediterranean ports to Asia

CMA CGM has announced a Rate Restoration Program:
Effective October 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
    From West Med, Adriatic, East Med and Black Sea
    To Far East, Japan, India, Gulf and Red Sea
    + USD 100 per 20' Dry / + USD 200 per 40' Dry
    + USD 200 per 20' Reefer / + USD 400 per 40' Reefer
