CMA CGM implements Peak Season Surcharge from North Europe to Windward and Leeward Islands

CMA CGM Group has announced the following Peak Season Surcharge (PSS):
Effective October 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
From Baltic, Scandinavian, UK/Eire, Continental, Atlantic Spanish and Portuguese ports
To Windward and Leeward Islands
    Dry & Reefer containers
    EUR 200 per 20'
    EUR 400 per 40'
    EUR 400 per 40' HC
