Due to subzero temperatures and ice formation in the Neva Bay, icebreaker assistance in the water area of Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg and at the approaches will be provided from December 1.

The order No 19-r was signed by Acting Harbour Master Igor Ishchenko on 29 November 2016.
