At the moment, Transneft Upper Volga has started to implement the second stage of the Sever Project to increase supply of petroleum products to Primorsk port up to 25 million tons per year (Sever-25).
Within the scope of the project, technical revamping and reconstruction has started in respect of the facilities located in Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan and Tula Regions.
Commissioning of the facilities within the scope of the Sever-25 Project is planned for 2018.
Transneft Upper Volga takes measures to increase supply of diesel fuel for export via the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS) towards the Primorsk sea oil port within the scope of the Sever investment project. Such increase in supply of diesel fuel for export will be possible provided that reconstruction is carried out in respect of trunk pipeline pump stations (PS) previously used only for oil transportation.
