In 2016, total sales of bunker fuel at port Vladivostok and its offshore terminals amounted to 384,800 t, down 2.4 times against 2015 (about 930,000 t), Administration of Seaports of Primorsky Territory and Eastern Arctic told IAA PortNews.
About 1/4 of this volume was sold at the offshore terminals (eastern, western and internal).
In December, bunker sales from the port’s offshore terminals amounted to 10,100 t, at the port – about 31,600 t.
In the 12-month period, sales of heavy fuel oil totaled some 282,100 t, fuel containing material – about 84,500 t with diesel fuel accounting for the rest of the volume.
In January- December, the number of bunkering operations declined from 3,560 to 3,273.
