According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg, Russia were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $285 pmt (+$3).

Average price of MGO - $455 pmt (+$1).

Average price of ULSFO - $412 pmt (+$1).
