Multipurpose Reloading Complex increased the financing of the social programme by 8%

Multipurpose Reloading Complex (MRC, part of UCL Holding) in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) says it invested 2.7 mln roubles in realization of its social programme in 2016, which is 8% more than previous year.

The main part of the funds was remitted as charity financing for construction of the new family library in the town of Kingisepp. For this purpose MRC’s money was used for reconstruction of the former shop.

Expenses of the company’s employees for medical services, health resort treatment and sports were compensated by the company. Additional financial aid was rendered to those who had found themselves in difficult life situations. Bonuses were paid to celebrate anniversaries and holidays.

The company’s employees got payments on the occasion of significant family events such as wedding or a newborn. Besides, in the beginning of the new school year MRC rendered financial support to the workers whose kids went to school for the first time. By tradition, shortly before the New Year’s Eve children of MRC’s employees attended New Year shows and got sweet treats from the company.

The company has also spent funds for training of the personnel. In 2016 MRC paid for improving the qualifications of 62 employees, which is 1.7 times more than in 2015.
 
“Multipurpose Reloading Complex”, LLC (MRC) (member of UCL Port – stevedoring division of the international transportation group UCL Holding) – cargo terminal in the port of Ust-Luga, Leningrad region, specializing in unloading, storage and loading of exported and imported general and bulk cargoes. The main cargo is export power coal. In 2016 cargo turnover of MRC amounted to 4.5 mln tonnes.
