Throughput of Neva-Metal (Saint-Petersburg) in January 2017 down 6%, y-o-y, to 210,000 t

In January 2017, Neva-Metal CJSC (stevedoring company of Severstal) handled about 210,000 t of cargo, down 6%, y-o-y, the company told IAA PortNews.

Container handling totaled about 7,000 TEUs.

CJSC Neva-Metal is part of a transport division of Severstal Russian Steel of Severstal Group. Neva-Metal specializes in transshipment of containerized and general cargo delivered to its terminal in the 3rd Cargo Area of Big Port St. Petersburg by sea, railways and highways. In 2016, the Neva-Metal CJSC handed about 3.2 mln t of cargo.
