Andrei Iovlev has been appointed as Harbour Master of Rostov-on-Don port (Rostov Branch of Azov Sea Ports Administration) from 25 April 2017, says press center of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency).
Order No 58-1/к-мрф was signed on 25 April 2017.
Andrei Iovlev was born in Kronshtadt (Leningrad Region) on 19 August 1959. In 1976-1982 was studying in the Leningrad Institute of Water Transport with specialization in sea navigation and qualification of navigation engineer.
Previous position (2016 – April 2017) – Deputy Harbour Master of Rostov-on-Don, Acting Harbour Master of Rostov-on-Don.
