Indicative bunker prices are flat at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices are flat at port St. Petersburg.

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $245 pmt.

Average price of MGO - $435 pmt.

Average price of ULSFO - $385 pmt.

Minimum price of fuel oil - $235 pmt, maximum - $255 pmt.  Low sulphur fuel prices are ranging between $370 and $395 pmt depending on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
