Swiber announces liquidation of Southsea Marine and Swiber Atlantis

Swiber Holdings Limited has announced that Southsea Marine Pte. Ltd. and Swiber Atlantis Pte.  Ltd. have been placed into liquidation under section  254(1)(e)  of the Companies Act (Cap 50) on 5 May 2017, and that Messrs  Tam Chee Chong and Andrew  Grimmett, care of Deloitte  & Touche LLP, have  been appointed as  the  joint and several L iquidators  of  Sout hsea Marine Pte. Ltd. and Swiber Atlantis Pte. Ltd.
