Ocean Yield extends charter contrac with Ezra Holdings for Lewek Connector

Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Ocean Yield ASA dated 16 February 2017, regarding a 4 months' bareboat charter contract for the Lewek Connector to a related company of Ezra Holdings Ltd. at a rate of USD 40,000 per day.
Connector 1 AS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean Yield) has now entered into a contract for extension of the сharter for a firm period of 3 months', plus further extensions in charterers option for a period of up to 2 months, at a rate of USD 40,000 per day. The extended Charter period commences on 1 June 2017.
