In January-May 2017, total sales of bunker fuel at port Vladivostok and its offshore terminals amounted to 270,300 t, up 60%, year-on-year (against 169,900 t), Administration of Seaports of Primorsky Territory and Eastern Arctic told IAA PortNews.
More than one fourth of this volume (59,500 t) was sold at the offshore terminals (eastern, western and internal), with the rest sold at the port.
In the reporting period, sales of heavy fuel oil totaled some 218,600 t, fuel containing material – about 37,700 t with diesel fuel accounting for the rest of the volume.
The number of bunkering operations increased from 1,242 to 1,305.
