Golden Ocean announces delivery of dry bulk vessel

Golden Ocean has taken delivery of additional one vessel, Q Houston (to be renamed Golden Houston). Golden Ocean has issued 550,000 consideration shares to Quintana Shipping Ltd. and associated companies in exchange for the vessel. Following this transaction, Golden Ocean's issued share capital is USD 6,261,149.60 divided into 125,222,992 issued shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.05.
