Throughput of Chinese ports up 7.2% to 3.57 bln t in Jan-May'17

In January-May 2017, the largest ports of China increased their cargo throughput by 7.2%, year-on-year, to 3.57 billion tonnes, China’s National Bureau of Statistics said.

In the accounting period the ports of China handled 1.48 bln tonnes of foreign cargo (+6.7%).
