Ferryboat Petersburg returns to Ust-Luga – Baltijsk line (photo)
Ferryboat Petersburg has returned to Ust-Luga – Baltijsk line after a long period of time. FSUE Rosmorport says this year’s first call to the railway ferry facility at the seaport of Kaliningrad was registered on 21 July 2017.
The ship delivered 51 rail cars, 17 ro-ro units and 17 passengers. In the opposite direction the ferry carried 48 rail cars, 50 ro-ro units and 21 passengers.
The ship, which is the third ferry linking the seaports of Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga, will make four calls to Kaliningrad per week.
