  Bunker prices are still high at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

  

  According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 272 pmt, IFO-380 НS - $260 pmt (+$1), MGO price was $513 pmt.

  Fuel deficit is still observed in the region. Railway traffic is hampered with repair works after the tropical storm Noru. Market players expect the situation to improve by the end of August.

  IFO-380 НS prices are ranging between $250 and $270 pmt. IFO-180 НS price is still high because of the deficit in the region. Maximum IFO-180 НS price is $285 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Singapore show an decrease by $4-5 on the average.
