From 21st to 27th of August Passenger Port of St. Petersburg received 10 cruise ships which brought 26 086 passengers. The total berth time of the ships is 17 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 88 068, says press center of the port.
Services provided to ships:
Fresh water bunkering – 2 023 m3
Garbage collection – 281 m3
Waste-waters reception – 23 273 m3
In the indicated period 2 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.
On August 22nd, 2017 the acting prosecutor of the North-Western transport prosecutor's office Alexei Korop, together with the St. Petersburg Transport Prosecutor Igor Lepekhin, held a personal reception of citizens at Passenger Port of St. Petersburg. In the framework of the reception, the following questions were raised: the implementation of the maritime transport safety requirements legislation, the observance of the passengers’ rights and labor protection.
