Rosmorport appoints Nikolai Zelenkov as Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of its Murmansk branch (photo)

FSUE Rosmorport says it has appointed Nikolai Zelenkov as Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of its Murmansk branch (Order No 527/л dated 12 September 2017). Vladimir Yermolin has been relieved of this post on 5 September 2017 as agreed by the parties.

Previous position of Nikolai Zelenkov - head of the branch’s pilot service.

Nikolai Zelenkov was born on 14 October 1958 in Murmansk. In 1981 – graduated from Murmansk Higher School of Marine Engineering with specialization in navigation at sea lanes and qualification of a Navigation Engineer.

Nikolai Zelenkov started his career in 1977.

Between 5 December 2004 and September 2017 – trainee pilot, second category pilot, first category pilot, chief pilot, лоцманом 1 категории (with the right for pilotage without restrictions), deputy head, pilot master at Rosmorport’s Murmansk Branch.
