Bunker suppliers expect the product return to the market but not count on pre-deficit prices.

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $315 pmt, MGO price was $510 pmt.

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $300 and $330 pmt.

Heavy fuel oil deficit is still observed in the region though his product is gradually filling the market. Bunker suppliers expect the product return to the market but not count on pre-deficit prices.

Bunker prices at the port of Singapore have climbed by $1-2 on the average.
