Fuel oil prices are flat at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $311 pmt, MGO price was $502 pmt.

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $300 and $330 pmt.

Heavy fuel oil deficit is still observed in the region though his product is gradually filling the market. Market players do not expect the prices to fall to the level of pre-deficit period.

Bunker prices at the port of Singapore have declined by $4-5 on the average.
