MTG Dolphin holds keel-laying for 1500dwt product tanker ordered by Rubis Eastern Caribbean

A keel laying ceremony for the 1500-dwt oil product tanker was held on October 24, 2017 at Varna, Bulgaria based MTG Dolphin Shipyard. The tanker (Hull No 1701) will be built for Rubis Eastern Caribbean srl., the Bulgarian shipbuilder said in a press release.

Тhe product tanker delivery is scheduled for May 2018.

MTG Dolphin Shipyard established in 1991 is based in Varna, Bulgaria between Varna East and Varna West port with unrestricted access to the Black Sea. The shipbuilding company specializes in shipbuilding, repair and drydocking services for a range of vessels. The shipyard workforce is more than 700 employees.
