Russian Gov’t to contribute shares of two companies to USC charter capital

In line with a drafted decree of the Russian President, 100% shares (– 1 share) of R&D Institution of Heat Power Instrument Engineering (NIITeplopribor) will be contributed to charter capital of state-owned United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), the federal portal for laws and regulations said.

The Russian Government will contribute the remaining state-owned share of NIITeplopribor to the authorized capital of the Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk Region based JSC Research and Development Technological Bureau «Onega» (JSC NIPTB Onega) as a payment for placing by this company of its additional shares in connection with the increase of its charter capital.

After the completion of the transfer of shares of JSC NIITeplopribor, it is proposed to contribute the shares owned by the Russian Federation to the authorized capital of JSC USC minus one share of the Research and Development Technological Bureau «Onega» (JSC NIPTB Onega).

NIITeplopribor is a scientific organization dedicated to engineering of tools and systems for automatic control of technological processes in power engineering, metallurgy, chemistry, petrochemistry and oil refining, public utilities and other branches of the national economy.
JSC Research and Development Technological Bureau «Onega» (JSC NIPTB Onega) is a leading design and technological organizations of the Russian shipbuilding industry.
