Okskaya shipyard lays down the second non-self-propelled oil barge of Project ROB20 for Pola Rise (photo)
Okskaya Sudoverf (part of UCL Holding) says it has laid down the second non-self-propelled loading barge of Project ROB20 in a series of ten vessels to be built for Pola Rise LLC (St. Petersburg) with STLC as a customer. Keel-laying of the barge (Hull No 4102) was held on November 30, 2017.
The project was developed by Marine Engineering Bureau.
The contract was signed on 31 October 2017 with the delivery scheduled for the first half of 2018.
Non-self-propelled loading barges are designed to transport petroleum products with a flashpoint of 610C and above, the main cargo is fuel oil.
Main dimensions: LOA – 118.79 m, BOA – 22.80 m, depth – 4 m, draft – 2.75 m, deadweight – 6,013 t, cargo tanks capacity – 6,530 cbm. RRR class - О 2.0 non-self-propelled tanker.

Okskaya Shipyard specializes in the construction of oil tankers and medium-tonnage mixed 'river-sea' class dry cargo vessels, containerships, special vessels and barges.
