Russian seaports handled 716.75 mln t of cargo in 11M’17, up 9% Y-o-Y
In January-November 2017, seaports of Russia handled 716.75 mln t of cargo (+9.0%, year-on-year), says press center of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency).
Transshipment of dry cargo totaled 339.32 mln t (+10.6%), liquid bulk cargo – 377.43 mln t (+7.5%).
In the reporting period, seaports of the Arctic Basin handled 67.23 mln t (+ 50.6%) including 26.67 mln t of dry cargo (+ 10.1%) and 40.57 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+98.5%).
The ports of the Baltic Basin handled 225.56 mln t (+ 4.7%) including 95.16 mln t of dry cargo (+16.9%) and 130.4 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (-2.7%).
Seaports of the Azov-Black Sea Basin handled 244.85 mln t of cargo (+ 9.9%) including 107.34 mln t of dry cargo (+11.0%) and 137.51 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+ 9.1%).
Seaports of the Caspian Basin handled 3.53 mln t of cargo (- 35.4 %) including 2.55 mln t of dry cargo (-9.5%) and 0.98 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (-63.0%).
Seaports of the Far East Basin handed 175.57 mln t (+ 3.6%) including 107.6 mln t of dry cargo (+ 5.9%) and 67.97 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+0.2%).
