Fuel oil prices are ranging between $340 and $350 pmt depending on viscosity.
Market players still mark heavy deficit of light fuel due to railway congestion caused by loading/unloading operations.
Bunkering companies have had no fuel supplies for more than two weeks already with no changes expected before the New Year.
MGO prices in the domestic market are still high amid the deficit – up to RUB 40,000 /pmt.
Bunker prices at the port of Singapore climbed by $1-2 on the average.
