Maersk Line increases rates from Middle East & Indian sub-continent to North America

Maersk Line has announced an increase in rates as set out below. The rate increase for the relevant trade for various commodities and container types is:
 Cargo Type - DRY and REEFER
 Effective date - 1st February 2018
