Implementation of the Northern Latitudinal Railway project is to begin in 2018, RF Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said at the meeting with the members of State Duma Committee for Transport and Construction. According to him, the work on reconstruction and expansion of the BAM and Transsib capacity will also be continued in 2018.
