Coal exports from Russia rose 4% to 185.136 million tonnes in 2017

Export of Russian coal from January through December, 2017 increased by 4%, year-on-year, to 185.136 million tonnes, the Ministry of Energy said.

The commodity exports volume in December reached 15.082 million tonnes.

Coal mining in December 2017 amounted to 36.097 million tonnes, of which 32.821 million tonnes were delivered.
