Bunker prices are flat at the Port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil are flat at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, following the regional market trend.

Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam decreased by $2.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $325 pmt. 

Average price of MGO - $563 pmt.

Average price of ULSFO - $525 pmt. 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $320 pmt and $335 pmt.
