  Bunker prices plunge at the Port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil are plunging at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, following the global market trend. Market players expect the price to fall further. However, oil prices are going up amid the OPEK forecast on the growth of global oil demand.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $312 pmt (-$25). 

  Average price of MGO - $544 pmt (-$49).

  Average price of ULSFO - $495 pmt (-$52). 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $303 pmt and $315 pmt.
