VSC terminal launches train services to Ramenskoye Station

Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company (a part of Global Ports) has announced launching of a new service offering formation and shipment of container trains to Ramenskoye Station of the Moscow Railways. The service will expand the geography of train container services from South-East Asia via Nakhodka Vostochnaya Station (port Vostochny) to Moscow.

The first shipment from VSC bound to Ramenskoye Station is scheduled to take place in early February 2018. This will be a regular weekly service. The average travel time will be 10 days.

The new service will be focused both on cargoes arriving from ports in South East Asia to VSC and cargoes originating in the Russian Far East. The Ramenskoye Station accepts all types of container cargo cleared through the customs, including hazardous cargoes.

In addition, VSC regularly forms and ships container trains to Kupavna and Vorsino, Moscow Railways, Khovrino, Oktyabrskaya Railways, Kleschikha, West Siberian Railways, and Yekaterinburg Freight Station, Sverdlovskaya Railways.
