Freight One BoD elects Aleksandr Sapronov as Director General of the company (photo)
On 29 March 2018, the Board of Directors of Freight One JSC elected Aleksandr Sapronov as Director General of the company – Chairman of the Management Board for one year, the company says in a press release.
Oleg Bukin, head of Freight One between April 2012 and April 2018, will remain the member of BoD and the Strategic Planning Committee to work on the strategy for the development of the entire transportation group UCL Holding.
“Over the 6 years the team of Freight One lead by Oleg Bukin demonstrated high performance and confirmed its efficiency. Aleksandr Sapronov, deputy head of Freight One, was among the leaders in this team taking an active part in the development and implementation of the company’s strategy. Therefore, this appointment is a logical step towards further development of Freight One”, said Aleksandr Voloshin, Chairman of the Freight One BoD.
Aleksandr Sapronov has been an Executive Director of Freight One from 2014. His previous position, - Director General of Independent Transport Company LLC, Vice-President for Logistics at NLMK OJSC. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Freight One JSC and Freight One Scandinavia Ltd.
