Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia shows mixed movements.
Fuel oil indications at the port of Rotterdam have decreased by $8 on the average.
According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
Average price of IFO-380 HS - $324 pmt (-$2).
Average price of MGO - $605 pmt (+$11).
Average price of ULSFO - $555 pmt (+$9).
Maximum/minimum price of IFO-380 HS is ranging between $318 and $328 pmt. The difference depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
