The training ship Perekop, which is carrying out the tasks of a distant training ocean cruise, completed her unofficial visit to the Sri Lankian port of Colombo, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
During the stay, the crew replenished the supplies of water, fuel and food and made a technical survey of the ship. At present, the training ship went to sea for sailing to the port of Jakarta (Republic of Indonesia).
During the unofficial visit, the crew of the ship visited the sights and historical places of Colombo. There were also football matches between Russian and Sri Lankan military seamen.
