  Yury Ovsyannikov appointed as Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea (photo)

  

  Sergey Aksyonov, head of the Republic of Crimea, has held a working meeting with Yury Ovsyannikov, new RC Minister of Transport. According to RC head’s press office, the new Minister was given first instructions. 
  
  In particular, optimization of the public transport work is the key task of the Ministry of Transport. 
  
  Among the prime tasks is also a search for additional source of income for the Kerch ferry service after the Kerch Bridge is open to traffic.
  
  RC Transport Minister Igor Zakharov who was holding this position from October 2017 was dismissed in April with Grigory Zubov appointed as Acting Transport Minister of Crimea.
