Commercial Port of Vladivostok throughput in HI’18 up 40% Y-o-Y to 4.97 million tonnes
Commercial Port of Vladivostok (CPV, part of FESCO Transportation Group) says its throughput in HI’2018 grew by 40%, year-on-year, having reached 4.97 million tonnes.
The stevedoring company says it is a record high result in the history of CPV.
In the reporting period, transshipment of general cargo grew by 75%, year-on-year, to 2.52 million tonnes, transshipment of containerized cargo – by 17% to 248,000 TEUs, transshipment of automobiles and special equipment- by 85% to 28,000 units.
The company is going to handle some 10 million tonnes of cargo in 2018. In 2017, Commercial Port of Vladivostok achieved a record of 7.5 million tonnes.
