Escort vessel Yaroslav Mudriy of RF Navy’s Baltic Fleet leaves port of Cyprus
The escort vessel Yaroslav Mudriy of the Baltic Fleet left the port of Limassol (Cyprus) and headed for the designated area of the Mediterranean Sea, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
During the business call of the Russian escort vessel in Limassol, the sailors replenished the necessary ship's stocks, part of the crew, free from duty and watch, visited the coast.
The call to Limassol is the third in a row to this port since the beginning of the long voyage of the Baltic Fleet. Currently, the Russian warship has left the Cyprus port and headed for the designated area in the Mediterranean Sea.
The escort vessel left the Military Harbor of Baltiysk on April 15 and headed for the Mediterranean Sea as part of the planned rotation of the forces of the permanent operational connection of Russian Navy ships in the Mediterranean Sea.
